Located on Iwa St, this modern Mapua home is within walking distance to all Mapua`s amenities - the Wharf, Ruby Bay Beach, supermarket, wine bar, cafes, brewery, pub, bakery and bike ferry to Rabbit Island. With a heated mineral pool, spa pool, two living areas, open plan kitchen / dining, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is the perfect family getaway! Within driving distance are local wineries, Kaiteriteri Beach, Abel Tasman National Park, The Great Taste bike trail, Nelson and St Arnaud.
The house has ducted air-conditioning throughout the living areas and bedrooms, and with underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The main living area has an open plan configuration with kitchen with walk-in pantry, dining area (seats 6), and lounge seating. Two sets of sliding doors connect the living area with the pool and a covered outdoor dining area.
There is a separate lounge (TV room) at the front of the house, with comfortable couches, games and dvds.
The bedrooms, family bathroom and ensuite are located in the bedroom wing, with the exception of the queen room which is located off the entrance hall.
Bedroom 1:
Master bedroom located at the end of the bedroom wing with sliding doors leading out to the deck and spa pool. Complete with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Super-king bed with luxurious Tempur mattress.
Bedroom 2:
Queen bedroom located off the entrance hall.
Bedroom 3:
Single bed with views out to the courtyard.
Bedroom 4:
Single bed with views out to the courtyard and spa pool.
The swimming pool is run as a mineral salt water pool, and is heated throughout summer and shoulder seasons. Can be heated upon request during the winter for stays 10 nights or more.
Guests will have full access to the house, garden, pool and spa. The garage is locked and not available to guests.
